The email communication is good. The written reference guides for various frequencies is confusing and should be consolidated. I have 3 different sources from Synthealth I printed. I've had the device for about a month. I can't tell if it is working. I thought the frequency would show if a glass of water was set next to it but nothing so I'm wondering how I can test to see if the device actually is working properly.

Paid via Paypal.... the order went through the 8th January.... it is all still in limbo- no new tracking information since the 6th of February where it is somewhere in China.... Totally unaceptable and extremely poor to no communication. I have placed this in Paypal hands in the hope of recieving a refund for my order !!! Do not buy....
I ordered the "bundle" which was suppose to include the speaker and case. I emailed the company 2X with the same outcome, telling me to reorder the case (took 2 weeks to deliver the actual unit) yet still has not addressed the missing speaker. After waiting almost 2 months my package to arrive , and after tracking the package they claimed as it was deliver already, on an office building at midnight! Clearly there was no delivery at midnight, not even possible in Spain due the work windows we have here. The company didnt even want to talk to their delivery vendor, and the big solution they had was to returned half of what I pay plus a discount on a next purchase. Clearly there will be no next purchase and this is an scam
