AVOID this company. THE MANAGEMENT have no customer service skills and their attitude is rubbish when it comes to dealing with issues. We were charged a £108 for a chair that was loaded on top of the skip in full view so driver could have removed it or we could have been asked (as all other skip companies do) when queried they said they are too busy to call customers, when the price was questioned they said its in our T&C - this is not true NO PRICES are sent for these items with any bookings, we were willing to pay something but £108 is theft when other companies charge almost half that. In consumer law you must advise customers of anyadditional charges first. When this was pointed out they told me they would no longer communicate with me and for my solicitor to write to them ! i had issues with this company before but they kept calling saying they had fixed those issues and we would not have problems anymore - never again, i should not have given them a second chanceif you want good customer service and transparent prices use SKIPIT london who have their own drivers and skips and send clear prices for extras with every booking at reasonable rates Sytelink belittle other companies but they are just a broker and do not own their skips
