This is the worst company ever had Rubish Collection on site.
Did your driver told me that he will only load up Concrete to dump it because he’s gonna be cheaper for me and I end up paying a full price it’s ridiculous.
Don’t ever use this company guys again.
I had my boys to load up the truck and empty the bags and a truck. The driver didn’t cattle helping them out.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYThey lied about providing a driver with labour. The driver arrived alone, and my own staff were forced to help and stay over two extra hours, which I had to pay for. Same prices as other companies, but terrible service and zero professionalism.This company caused unnecessary costs and stress. Avoid them at all costs.
AVOID this company. THE MANAGEMENT have no customer service skills and their attitude is rubbish when it comes to dealing with issues. We were charged a £108 for a chair that was loaded on top of the skip in full view so driver could have removed it or we could have been asked (as all other skip companies do) when queried they said they are too busy to call customers, when the price was questioned they said its in our T&C - this is not true NO PRICES are sent for these items with any bookings, we were willing to pay something but £108 is theft when other companies charge almost half that. In consumer law you must advise customers of anyadditional charges first. When this was pointed out they told me they would no longer communicate with me and for my solicitor to write to them ! i had issues with this company before but they kept calling saying they had fixed those issues and we would not have problems anymore - never again, i should not have given them a second chanceif you want good customer service and transparent prices use SKIPIT london who have their own drivers and skips and send clear prices for extras with every booking at reasonable rates Sytelink belittle other companies but they are just a broker and do not own their skips
The key to why my experience was great was that the staff members Kash and Orlinda members of the Syte team were knowledgeable, efficient and effective in supporting me with the correct skip for the work I was completing.It was consistent service both over the phone but from the moment payment was made I had a copy of the invoice for my work records and the strong assurance that the service being discussed would be delivered 100%.I am so pleased we have discovered you as a supplier that we can work with that if polite efficient and effective.Real delight to do business with you guys.
Was told the only thing I couldn’t put in the skip was plasterboard then I got charged an extra £220 for other items in the skip which they just took out of my account without authorisation. Literally hardly anything allowed to be in there don’t use this company
They are a broker, the company they arranged for collection gave a collection slot and they came earlier. My wife was at home that time and I was not prepared. They wanted some o the items to be moved out. they did not pick it up, and they charged me a wasted trip fee 25% of the original fee.
