I have ordered half a dozen skips through Syte Link during the course of our renovation. Sometimes we hold onto the skip for a couple of months as progress slows and sometimes we need a quick turnaround when demolition is occurring. We always find Syte Link to be very responsive even at very short notice. But i tend to measure the quality of service when something doesn't go to plan.There was one occasion when they did not turn up in the appointed time window and arrived later when i had to be somewhere else. Typically there is no problem with access but on this occasion there was and the skip hire went away without exchanging. There was brief discussion whether there would be a penalty because of the failed delivery but that was quickly dismissed by our Syte Link coordinator and the skip hire came back later that day. All ended well.The problem was handled fairly and sensibly and for that i give Syte Link 5 stars.I still need another skip or two and hopefully in recognition of my loyalty to Syte Link, i will get a discount next time.
