As someone with over 10 years with tmobile I'm looking forward to leaving them. At first we got a lot of benefits but after they got a new ceo those benefits disappeared. Every time I've made a change to our plan there's been an issue that ends up taking months to resolve. The latest issue being with the sales person misleading us about moving lines over to a new plan and now our bill is huge. We will be switching once the phones are no longer being paid
