The service is awful. Where I should have service it does not and alot of times I can't use my phone

The service is awful. Where I should have service it does not and alot of times I can't use my phone to make calls because it says I am in satellite mode. I am really wishing I never made the change. From At&t to Mobile my At&T service was spotty but it worked way much better then t Mobile service. An when changing over i was told 3 weeks after would be my first payment an with like week they took a payment it an it more then I expected I have had the phone around 3 weeks know an 2 payments have been taking an I am really regretting making the change an I don't like the phone it wont work my apps or lags or likes to play my Pandora app early hours like 12Am -4am of the morning waking me up an i can make sure before going to bed that all my apps are not even running. I got the phone back in the end of February beginning of March
