We are a military family stationed in Germany. My son left for college in August, so we called T-Mobile over the phone to get him a phone. T-Mobile illegally opened a second line for which we have not received a phone or phone number. I have been calling them since August to get this second line canceled. My German phone bill is outrageously high. Every time I call, they tell me a new story and a new lie. My son even tried to go to the store, and the store manager informed him that he can't talk to him unless we are there in person. I'm sick and tired of T-Mobile. Not only do I now have a $100 phone bill in Germany, but they are screwing up my credit by suspending an illegal line and sending it to the creditors. So now my husband has to find time to fly to the USA from Germany just so we can fix this issue so they won't keep messing with it. You should be ashamed; this is how you treat your customers, especially military families who can't come in person.We will also have to hire a lawyer to get all our money back.
