I switched to T Mobil as a trial and found them to be a very approachable company.Their customer service has vastly improved since their rocky beginning and I being a customer service rep my whole life found them to be excellent and I would give them a 5-star rating regarding thisTheir pricing is very reasonable. I did a lot of shopping before choosing and found them to be very competitive. I wish I had switched years ago before sending all the money I did to a company that has become too big for their britches.
