I don't know where to start with this company. One hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with besides specter mobile. Lack of concern for the lack of anything I had issues of losing service with T-Mobile Every time I went out of town. Could not get ahold of my family could not text my family. I had them for one year and kept telling them my issues they kept saying they were working opening up a work order and were Checking on the problem. Never got resolved. Was told it is what it is. So if you like terrible service and no service when you leave out a town this company is for you. The old saying you pay for what you get which with this company isn't s##it. I would not recommend this company for nothing. Customer service is terrible Just talk to the people then you will understand what I am saying
