After 20 years with Verizon, I explored a new carrier because the longer you are a customer, the rates continue to be higher.Got on line and did a research, agreed to switch to T-Mobile "on line sales person name Jazzie". Rate was competitive so I began moving four lines over to T-Mobile. Next day, no service, unable to call out, could not receive timely text messages, once connected call lost immediately, not a service provider messages etc. Terrible service in Prescott AZ. Now trying to undo this nightmare. If you live in Prescott AZ- STOP DO NOT GO WITH T-MOBILE.
