I've been a customer of T-Mobile since Winter 2022 and I was a new account holder. I choose their monthly 50GB plan for a device from T-Mobile on contract. Through my experience, I was satisfied until I had encountered issues. My personal data has been breached a few times on occasions and when I'm using my phone, I lose signal whenever I head to my town.There are difficulties trying to make calls or use the internet.As I was struggling financially to pay bills for months, T-Mobile suspended my account despite me making a payment using a different card when it was set to auto-pay originally. After I found a decent source of income, I'd attempted to log in to my account to pay off past due bills and restore fee. However, my account requires a verification code to enter. Irrationally, it was sent to my associated phone number that is deactivated.I wouldn't even bother contacting customer support because they're unreliable.I will not recommend this service to anyone, find a telecommunications company that have better deals on data usage and reasonable representatives to talk to if trouble comes your way.
