They never fix tings even the simplest voicemell service problem can set with a simple number if thire machion is not workign remotely should be fixed in a ssimple diels like #*.. so annoing and untraind cuomer service for the simple problems. have to make minimume 3 calls for one problem most of the time i have to walk to the stores
