I put in a claim as my son broke the glass and I WAS FIRED DURING COVID FOR HAVING A MEDICAL DOCTOR EXEMPTION and could not afford to pay the $100 so what does this crappy A$$ company do? They say FU and take full advantage all while smiling. I have given them exactly $3,000 in warranty payments and they still want to ignore the fact that there was a pandemic. GIVE ME A BREAK. Let me bend over and get screwed because that is exactly what they are doing. I will now file in small claims court and I cannot wait to hear how the judge will rule during these very difficult times. STAY AWAY FROM T MOBILE AND NEVER EVER GIVE THEM A DIME FOR SOME FAKE A$$ WARRANTY.
