I was soon contacted by a broker known only as “PJ.” He appeared knowledgeable and convincing, claiming to trade in oil and gold commodities on my behalf.The online platform looked legitimate — it even showed my investments growing steadily, supposedly reflecting real market trends. At one point, it displayed over £180,000 as my available balance.When I tried to withdraw some funds, however, the truth began to unravel. They only allowed me to withdraw £5,000, and after that, everything changed. My “profits” began to vanish, and when I asked to close my account, they refused — saying I had to close my trades first.
