I started with T4Trade and AI was plugged in, then I quickly realised the user has no control then I was being hounded to add more money. Finally I seeked help and the Police had lots of scam reports as its not FCA protected. I was advised to remove my money and the trades all went wrong and £1K turned into 1p and support were really rubbish. I then get another scammer claiming to be from their recovery department and when asked they cannot even answer whether they have a recovery department, they are not interested at all.
I have contacted them time and time again about a withdrawal I haven’t recieved. Everytime I speak with an agent they tell me something different. One agent tells me that I have been refunded and it will hit my bank account. Another agent says that I have been paid the money. I have sent bank statements proving I haven’t had the funds. I created a ticket to which I haven’t recieved now not been responded to in 3 days after an immediate response the first time.Really poor customer service.

I was soon contacted by a broker known only as “PJ.” He appeared knowledgeable and convincing, claiming to trade in oil and gold commodities on my behalf.The online platform looked legitimate — it even showed my investments growing steadily, supposedly reflecting real market trends. At one point, it displayed over £180,000 as my available balance.When I tried to withdraw some funds, however, the truth began to unravel. They only allowed me to withdraw £5,000, and after that, everything changed. My “profits” began to vanish, and when I asked to close my account, they refused — saying I had to close my trades first. Having made £28,600 this disappeared from my account along with the account manager...having lied about numerous things T4trade have now offered me my original stake back as a 'goodwill gesture' but to receive it I have to sign a gagging order! No more posts on the subject...the complaints dept will not confirm what action they have taken over the manager or give me any of the £28,600 profit and consider giving me my own money back a fair resolution..DO NOT TRADE WITH THIS COMPANY...As you well know,the trader made 28,600 and closed all the deals,writing and telling me that no more trading would be happening with the money that was held in a T4 account. I had to use your legal accounts manager to authorise the withdrawal of MY funds...he appropriated them and then refused to answer phone calls or e mails..Someone from your dept than messaged me saying all the money had been lost on reinvestments..That's a crock and you know it..No one had any right or authority to take the money out of my t4 account and do as they wish with it,any more than charge me 20% charges to release my funds...all documented on T4 e mails... this shouldn't be a goodwill gesture,you should just admit that you had a rotten apple in the barrel and do the right thing,no excuses,no "not our problem" he was representing your company and what he has done is unlawful...Once again,you have replied as a public face reply...what is an obvious T4 problem,with a T4 "legal account manager" unlawfully withdrawing the funds from a T4 account,and then allegedly losing it is not my error...I am awaiting a phone call about the supposed out come of this. Your intransigence as a company has been breathtaking . I have been advised that instead of pursuing this through a criminal court,to take it to a civil court via a malfeasance suit as the burden of proof is less and costs will also be awarded against you..If you would only stop posting these nonsense updates...thanks for nothing! I suggest you look at a few other posts on here,namely Thimas Mcnee 17/10,Gary 28/8, and Lewis Nicholas 25/7, who actually names the same account manager for doing exactly the same thing...mine is not a one off,this suggests that you are aware of this and were at the time of my incident. Therefore why are you allowing it to happen,? And are you condoning it?..
Ive set up a few accounts on trading platforms and i would say these are one of the best, the web site is easy to use, getting pay-outs pretty easy compared to some ive used. Contacting customer service very easy and they are quick to respond. Where they lost a star which in all fairness is also down to me for not reading. I signed up through an affiliate for his signals which to be honest were not that great, so i used this account for my own trading and signals from others i have signed up for. I made around 4500 in around 7 weeks which paid me back my deposits and they took back the bonus deposits. I took another grand out only to find they took a grand out, when i quizzed this they referred me to there terms, apparently the scheme i signed up for 100 percent deposit, any profits made they take 50 percent, which is very steep. I can get a 100k funded account with better terms 80 20 in my favour, so to take 50 percent is a bit of a sting in the tail. But end of day my fault i should have read the terms and conditions more thoroughly, with all other trading accounts ive never experienced this, ive never had one take this amount of commission, closest was a funded account who took 20 percent but the issue with funded is the swap fees etc are high. They do, do accounts that they dont take half your profits i may look into them based on there customer service being good. But yes if your new to trading read the small print, getting half your profits taken is a bit much, avoid the 100 percent deposit accounts.
