I purchased a dress from this store for an important event, and unfortunately, it arrived with stitching already coming undone before I even wore it. I contacted the store immediately, but they refused to take responsibility or offer a proper solution.
Even though this was clearly a quality issue, they expected me to pay over 200€ for repairs or shipping. I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the lack of support from their customer service team.
I hope they improve their quality control and customer service in the future.
