I purchased a dress from this store for an important event, and unfortunately, it arrived with stitching already coming undone before I even wore it. I contacted the store immediately, but they refused to take responsibility or offer a proper solution.
Even though this was clearly a quality issue, they expected me to pay over 200€ for repairs or shipping. I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the lack of support from their customer service team.
I hope they improve their quality control and customer service in the future.
My experience has been beyond amazing! I ordered my daughter prom dress and it looks stunning! I ordered early thinking the processing time would take a while. Her dress was sent to me 3 weeks later. The quality of the dress is top tier. I asked them to match her skin tone and they did. I have no complaints about the dress or the service. The communication from beginning to even after the delivery was awesome. My daughter loved the dress and it fits her perfectly. No alterations needed.

THANK GOD FOR TABJA! I’m a November 2025 bride and I lost my mum in January 2025 to medical negligence. Needless to say, having to organise my wedding in 3 months while grieving my mum was not ideal - not only because of the time restraints, but because I had already purchased a custom-made wedding dress from another retailer in Kosovo who unfortunately did not meet my expectations. So I was forced to purchase another dress with limited time - I’m talking weeks before the wedding. I decided to go for Tabja, not only for their beautiful designs, but because of their quick communication and ease of answering any questions I had, which other brands could not do, despite being simple questions. I am so glad I did. Not only were they able to create a beautiful custom wedding dress for me under strict time conditions, this did not impact the quality of the dress. Even though I received the dress in my hands only 8 days before the wedding (not their fault, this was due to the other brand’s failure to deliver me something to my standard in time), I was ecstatic to receive a dress that lived up to my expectations. I cried when I saw it in my hands - what a relief after such a headache of a few months dealing with the other brand! No need to think about any other brand or worry about their quality or customer service - Tabja is your answer for peace of mind, attention to detail, quality, kindness, compassion, and attentive care. I'm pleased with the dress I received from the company. I was looking for something unique yet simple, and this option met all my expectations. The communication with the team was great; they were friendly, helpful, and patient throughout the process. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I wished I could have had online meetings while sketching the dress and finalizing the design.
