I placed an order and received it very quickly. One item was delivered with the box open. They used cheap tape and it busted open during shipping. One piece was missing rendering the stand unusable. I filled out their online form for assistance. No response. I tried the live chat. No response. I tried email. No response. I filled out the online form for a call back and after a few hours, Kenneth called and asked a bunch of dumb questions about assembly. I told him i was unable to assemble because IT WAS MISSING PIECES. He asked what was it missing. I said i didn't know because it didn't have instructions. He asked me to send a picture even after i explained what component was missing. I told him to send a call tag. I was sick of trying to contact them with no responses. My email to them included a picture of the open box. He said i would have to return the item in accordance to their return policy. I'll just call my credit cards company and dispute the charge since the package was received damaged. No customer service whatsoever. Avoid this company. Warning. If there's a problem with your order. They won't care or help you fix it.
I purchased a case of white satin tablecloths for my daughter's wedding reception. They arrived quickly and in good condition. The tablecloths were creased, which I expected. I washed and dried some of them on gentle, which took out some of the creases a bit. I planned on steaming all of them on the tables the day of the event. And that worked just fine. The 108" cloths had a very nice drop on the 60" round tables. They looked beautiful. Some food was spilled on them, including BBQ sauce, at the reception. All of them washed up really well, again on gentle. I am very pleased with my purchase, the price, and the items!
