I bought a Penn Spinfisher reel. Unfortunately, the reel is defective (does not turn properly – as if something is wrong in the gear mechanism). The reel definitely has a fault and is unusable. The seller has not responded to several emails and phone calls. Fortunately, I paid with PayPal and got my money back after two months through buyer protection. No recommendation at all. This is almost fraud.
