After a draining weekend because my stepdad died, I was on my way home and decided to stop at the Taco Bell off of I 81 DuPont exit. My friend and I both ordered the classic grilled cheese burrito and steak quesadillas. Which came to $20 and some odd cents we were heading down the road and began to eat our food when I noticed that my burrito began to get very warm in my mouth and I noticed peppers on top of them, so obviously someone did not pay attention to our order and I received a spicy instead of classic. I called Taco Bell to make someone aware of the mistake and made the comment that for $20 and some odd cents do you think that they would get the order right and the woman who answered the phone wanted to argue with me and tell me that it was impossible that they got the order, wrong and blasé this and blasé that I never in my life have I been argued with when I’m sitting here eating a spicy burrito when I clearly asked for a classic if I was not in a rush to get home I would’ve turned around and take that burrito right back and showed her that she was in fact wrong . Taco Bell you should really watch who you hire and watch how they talk to their customers. I’ll tell you this I will never stop at the Taco Bell again and or would I recommend that Taco Bell to anybody any employee that would argue with the customer when they themselves made the mistake in the first place, does not know how to properly give customer service in the first place Boo to Taco Bell
