Review Time
At first our Taco Bell food was terrible especially the tacos. But then two months later it was taken over by another group of Taco Bell employees and boy did things change with the food. Now I have to go to Taco Bell two times a week and pick up my crunchy tacos which the taste is excellent. I do have one problem though and that is with their wrapping paper for the tacos. If you have to travel 10 minutes from your Taco Bell and you get home and you find your tacos stuck to the paper and when you try to lift it out then you're back to heaven your own made tostada. They do need to use a paper for the inside to be moisture proof so that when you take your taco out of it it's a whole taco and you don't have to treat it like nachos by just going ahead and scooping up the insides with the outside of the broken taco shell.
I ordered a plate of nachos but received a small snack portion instead. I specifically asked for extra seasoned beef, extra steak, chipotle sauce, and garlic sauce, but I got none of those. What I received was just chips with cheese and a small amount of steak on top, resembling a tiny snack meant for a toddler. It's unappetizing, and although I'm eating it out of hunger, it's not enjoyable. I will not be ordering from this service again. NEVER.

This raises serious concerns about cross-contamination, as phone screens are known to be dirtier than toilet seats. The staff seemed preoccupied and did not greet customers, indicating a lack of good service. I would rate this experience lower than one star if I could. They need improved management and oversight, and I believe the health department should investigate.

This location is the worst I’ve encountered. They prioritize drive-thru orders and completely ignore dine-in customers. I am a delivery driver, and along with two others, we had to cancel our orders after waiting 10 minutes without any progress.
