I received a fleece jacket from a retailer. The jacket is fine, but it was the wrong size. There were no instructions on the product or their website regarding returns or exchanges. I called multiple times, but each time I was asked to leave a message, and my calls went unanswered. Now, I’m left with a jacket that is too big for me. I would never purchase from this seller again, whether for myself or as a gift.
