Review Time
I'm left unsure whether to feel better or worse after seeing these reviews. I made a purchase on December 4th, was charged right away, and still have not received my order. I've reached out via email twice and have only received vague responses. If fulfilling orders is an issue, at the very least, a prompt refund should be provided.
I got a fleece jacket from the company. While the jacket itself is acceptable, it was the incorrect size. There were no instructions on the product or the website regarding returns or exchanges. I attempted to call multiple times, but each time I was asked to leave a message, and my calls went unanswered. Now, I'm left with a jacket that is one size too large for me. I would not consider purchasing anything from this service again, whether for myself or as a gift.
I placed an order on November 25, 2025, and my credit card was charged the next day. My order was supposed to ship by December 1st, but as of December 26th, I still have not received it, and it hasn't even shipped yet. This was my first and last order with them. Very poor service.

My experience mirrors many others. I ordered on 11/27/25 and was charged the next day. As of 12/8/25, my order is still only marked as 'processed' with no shipping information. I received no updates despite my emails. In my opinion, a '1' star rating is too generous.
This situation is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. I placed my order on 11/10/2025, and my payment was processed immediately. Since then, I’ve had no communication. When I called for an update, I was told there was an issue with my card, despite having already been charged. Attempting to reorder, I learned items wouldn’t ship until December. The website claimed items were 'IN STOCK - READY TO SHIP!' which is misleading. This is a failure in customer service.
I ordered a pair of boots about a month ago, expecting them within 5-8 business days. The order status only says 'processed.' I emailed for an update and have yet to receive a response. It’s unacceptable to wait this long, especially when I need them for an upcoming competition. The communication and shipping time have been terrible. I won’t order from here again.
I ordered a specific item from a retailer on 8/29/25. I later noticed it was removed from the supplier's website. On 9/21/25, I received an email stating they were still waiting for the item from their supplier, with an estimated shipping date of 12/31/25. I asked to cancel my order, but they said they needed approval from the distributor. It shouldn’t be my problem if their supplier is causing delays.
