This situation is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. I placed my order on 11/10/2025, and my payment was processed immediately. Since then, I’ve had no communication. When I called for an update, I was told there was an issue with my card, despite having already been charged. Attempting to reorder, I learned items wouldn’t ship until December. The website claimed items were 'IN STOCK - READY TO SHIP!' which is misleading. This is a failure in customer service.
