Their Web site says to email for fastest response. I believed them. Here's a quote from their email: "We typically respond within one business day." Seven days later I called to follow up and was told "Sorry, we're a little behind." Then I was told that the backordered item is now discontinued. The rep claimed that they had sent me a notice. Of course there was no notice. She suggested that "maybe it's hanging out in one of your Spam folders." Then the rep said they don't process exchanges. She said I'd have to begin a new order to get the correct size item. So, after ignoring my customer service email for a week and then informing me about a discontinued item that they had not refunded, they had the audacity to ask me to place another order. They claim to have awesome customer service, and in responses to mediocre or poor reviews that always post something along the lines of "All you had to do is contact us and we would have fixed it." Believe that if you want to, but in my opinion every order is a gamble with this company.Order at your own risk. Also: I waited on hold for more than ten minutes before I spoke to a rep. Expect that too. I ordered three items, and was informed at checkout that one of the items was on backorder. No big deal. The other two items arrive after a short delay. I tried to contact them for help.
