Ordered women's shoes and received men's instead, called customer service, and got Natalie who was very rude on the phone, challenging me that I made the wrong order after I verified my order. I asked her to replace the shoes with faster shipping since I already waited a week to get them and she denied me any expedited shipping even though they were the ones that clearly made the mistake. But what mostly left me irritated was the attitude from Natalie with poor customer service. I’ll give them one more chance to send the right shoe but doubt I’ll be ordering from this site again as I paid a lot of money for these shoes, waited a week to get the wrong shoe, had to deal with rude customer service and now go out of my way to mail back the wrong show to wait again for my right order that I placed.Updated review: The manager of their customer service called me today to make things right, she was very kind and apologetic and assured me she was making sure the problem would get corrected by making sure the right product gets expedited shipping to me. I was very grateful for that extra call and reassurance since I wasn't even confident the last representative was going to get the right item shipped again and in a timely manner. So I've come back to edit my review and give a better rating for the follow-up customer service call.
