Read reviews before you buy. I ordered some trucks, wheels etc on 2/14; tactics said it was handed off to UPS on 2/16. It’s 2/26 and UPS still does not have possession of the package. When I ask Tactics about it they blame UPS; I might would believe that but after reading reviews, this seems to be a common issue with them. They don’t have something in stock but sell it anyways, then ship it out whenever it arrives. I wouldn’t mind as much if they would just admit it instead of blaming UPS. When I asked for a refund they told me to wait another week then reach out to them and they'll "make it right." Anyways, don’t be lured by their sales; the hassle isn’t worth the couple of bucks you save. Just shop local or order from CCS.
