This company is a joke when it comes to customer service. I ordered a whole new complete and as soon as I ordered realized i forgot to put my apartment number in it and immediately emailed to ask to correct it. Well as soon as they read the email they CCA anger the status to shipped and refused to change it. It also wasn’t dropped off to the carrier service until three weeks after the initial email. Upon receiving the products there was one that came defective. They refused to do anything to correct the issue that they are selling faulty products and suggested I pay to have them replaced. Apparently they think selling faulty products is a sound business model. I refuse to give them another dime. Will be shopping exclusively with their competitors who actually have great customer service and don’t sell faulty products.
