Originally sent my watch for repair to Tag Heur, with a price tag of £260, unfortunately waited over 2 months for it to be returned which is an absolute joke! Then once I had received the watch and put ot on the clasp hadn’t been repaired properly, took ot back to a Tag Heur shop who then said I had to send it back for another repair which would only take 1.2 weeks, it’s now been away for over 1 month and still. Nothing has been returned !!! For a brand like Tag Heur this is shocking service to give a customer and to have a watch away for nearly 3.5 4 months is quite embarrassing to your brand as Customer Service what are you going to do to make me happy Tag Heur?? 👎
