Review Time
I bought a 29 mm Carrera for my wife from the Tag website 7/2023. It stopped keeping time a little over 2 years after purchase. I registered it on their website, and they offered a 3-year extension on the standard warranty. I took it into my local dealer, and they sent it off to Tag. The maker refused to honor the extended warranty and wanted almost $600 to completely replace movement parts and said it was going to take at least 12 weeks to complete. All for a watch that is only 2 years old. I have multiple other Swiss watches from other brands. There won't be any more from this brand.
Originally sent my watch for repair to Tag Heur, with a price tag of £260, unfortunately waited over 2 months for it to be returned which is an absolute joke! Then once I had received the watch and put ot on the clasp hadn’t been repaired properly, took ot back to a Tag Heur shop who then said I had to send it back for another repair which would only take 1.2 weeks, it’s now been away for over 1 month and still. Nothing has been returned !!! For a brand like Tag Heur this is shocking service to give a customer and to have a watch away for nearly 3.5 4 months is quite embarrassing to your brand as Customer Service what are you going to do to make me happy Tag Heur?? 👎

I truly appreciate the product and the hospitality. Unlike other luxury watch stores that categorize clients by budget, this team welcomed all budgets. The staff was incredibly friendly, making it a welcoming place even in work attire.
The watch looks beautiful but has consistently struggled with timekeeping. I believe a more affordable watch would perform better. It gains/loses several minutes each week, and I was told it's within tolerance. A refund was denied, and my attempts to return it were met with unhelpful customer service responses that ignored my concerns.
