When you buy a premium product you expect it to last longer than the warrenty period. I took meticulous care of my watch and yet the bezel shifted so the numbers don't align. I sent it in for a quote and they came back with $925. Why would I spend a thousand dollars on a watch that cost me five thousand and didn't last more than a few years. Also the terms of the repair were unreasonable. You have to pay upfront before the repair will begin... they already have your watch... why do you need to pay up front.
