Frustrating Experience with Unresponsive Support

I was left without assistance as no one answered the phone despite my numerous attempts. My initial device worked well, but then it stopped charging. I ended up buying a replacement for $83, which was locked from late December until mid-January. I repeatedly sent messages, but they kept asking for the same information. Now, I want a refund, but since there's only a 15-day return window, I'm stuck with the $83 loss.
