I've been on hold for around 3 hours after YOU HUNG UP. and I called back! STILL on hold. ONE OF YOU NEED TO TALK TO ME. i WANT to know where my order for upgrade is. IF it went through... says it did. You supply no tracking or receipts. I will go to court and bury you. SO, unless you get in touch or accually have someone answer... I'll hold it all, your stealing at this point... GIVE ME PROOF.

I ended up buying a replacement for $83, which was locked from late December until mid-January. I repeatedly sent messages, but they kept asking for the same information. Now, I want a refund, but since there's only a 15-day return window, I'm stuck with the $83 loss.

It's been six days, and I still haven't received my transfer PIN. I urge others to consider my experience and avoid this service unless absolutely necessary.
