I've been on hold for around 3 hours after YOU HUNG UP. and I called back! STILL on hold. ONE OF YOU NEED TO TALK TO ME. i WANT to know where my order for upgrade is. IF it went through... says it did. You supply no tracking or receipts. I will go to court and bury you. SO, unless you get in touch or accually have someone answer... I'll hold it all, your stealing at this point... GIVE ME PROOF.

Frustrating Experience with Unresponsive Support

I was left without assistance as no one answered the phone despite my numerous attempts. My initial device worked well, but then it stopped charging. I ended up buying a replacement for $83, which was locked from late December until mid-January. I repeatedly sent messages, but they kept asking for the same information. Now, I want a refund, but since there's only a 15-day return window, I'm stuck with the $83 loss.

Terrible service and devices

The service is inadequate, and the devices are poor quality. I have been trying to transfer my phone number to a more reliable company, but the process has been frustratingly slow. It's been six days, and I still haven't received my transfer PIN. I urge others to consider my experience and avoid this service unless absolutely necessary.

Extremely Disappointed with the Service

I am very dissatisfied with the service; the time frame provided is misleading and untrustworthy. I do NOT recommend this service. I never received the phone, and the delivery estimates were completely inaccurate!

Very unprofessional experience

This service is quite unprofessional. They claim to be available from 8 AM to 8 PM, but that is not true. I've been calling for hours without reaching a live agent. They ask you to create a ticket and respond whenever they can, which is unacceptable.
