There is nothing negative I could possibly say about the company or the leash. I had ordered a leash at the 6' length, didn't realize it was shorter than I expected, my own mistake and asked to send back the leash and get the longer 8' one. All they wanted was cost of shipping the second leash and we were able to keep. Also to note the leashes are great quality too, very strong and beautiful design.
