I wanted to surprise my granddaughter and best friend with a tag. Unfortunately I made a address error on both Orders. With only 1 email , my mistake was updated. And I received emails from customer service almost immediately after I informed Tags for Hope of the error. That is awesome customer service and support.

After several attempts, I finally placed my order, but the confirmation email showed my shipping address incorrectly. When I tried to correct it via the provided link, I received an error message. I emailed the organization for assistance, but received no response while the payment was taken from my account immediately. This process has been stressful and time-consuming, and I am very disappointed, especially given my positive past experience.
My journey began just before Black Friday. I initially ordered two collars for my dogs, and while the order promised a shipping date, I didn’t receive any updates by that date. After contacting customer service, they apologized for the delay and expedited my order. Thrilled with the product, I decided to order more items later. When I reached out to add leashes to my order, it proved to be a bit complicated. However, the representative I worked with not only refunded my extra shipping fee but also managed to combine my orders for shipping. I love the mission of this organization and will continue to purchase from them!
While I appreciated their mission, the products were expensive. I ordered a Martingale collar and matching tag for my dog, but the collar was oddly designed and too heavy. I reached out to initiate a return, but the response was slow and not helpful. After expressing my desire for a return, I was offered a small credit instead of a proper refund. They discouraged my return with concerns about shipping duties, which felt misleading since the item wasn't shipped from Canada. I felt let down by this organization and will not be doing business with them again.
I just received my second order and couldn’t be happier. Yes, it’s a bit pricier, but part of that goes towards helping animals in need, and the quality is exceptional. I contacted them regarding an error with my dog's name, and they responded quickly, ensuring the corrected tag arrived promptly. I will definitely continue to order from them!
While their products may be cute, customer service is lacking. I placed two orders, one qualifying for free shipping, but they shipped both together, negating that benefit. When I sought a refund for the shipping fee, I received excuses instead of a resolution. They even guilt-tripped me about past discounts, which felt manipulative. I support local rescues but found their tactics inappropriate. I will not order again and will share my experience with others.
I received one as a gift and have since purchased two more collars. I absolutely love them—great quality and value, easy to fit, and the designs are adorable! It's wonderful to support a rescue initiative. Delivery costs were also very reasonable, even to my location.
The only thing worse than their customer service is the delivery service. I ordered a leash and harness to be delivered to my business, but the delivery company couldn't manage that. I spent hours trying to resolve the issue, but customer service claimed it was now my responsibility. I paid a premium for my order, and it feels like neither the organization nor the delivery service cares about ensuring I receive my items. This will be my last order.
