After moving, I needed to order a new tag, but their website was difficult to navigate, leading to confusion. Customer support responses were slow and unhelpful, simply instructing me to click buttons that I had already indicated were not working. After several attempts, I finally placed my order, but the confirmation email showed my shipping address incorrectly. When I tried to correct it via the provided link, I received an error message. I emailed the organization for assistance, but received no response while the payment was taken from my account immediately. This process has been stressful and time-consuming, and I am very disappointed, especially given my positive past experience.
