While checking out I was offered to consider an offer of another discounted card - I clicked on it to understand more and I was immediately charged for it. An obvious scam and dark pattern that I'm pretty sure is illegal under EU regulations. I tried contacting customer service to get the order cancelled and was told this is impossible due to the order having already left the warehouse. The confirmation email said it was shipped and I'd receive tracking information within a few days. One of the emails said the order was out for delivery. The CS person I was in contact with for weeks admitted that in fact the order was never shipped (a week later) but was still impossible to cancel. He said I would have to return it upon receipt. It took three weeks to receive my order with no tracking having been shared until the last days and no real update on the status until then. As soon as I received it I've been trying to the package but all of my emails have been coming back undelivered - with the delivery daemon saying that the recipients inbox is full. Hands down an absolute scam. I'm trying to contact both Commerce Core and Tagsley customer service teams but so far to no avail. I've never had such a poor ecom experience.
