IT'S A SCAM, I BOUGHT AND JUST AFTER WITH SURCHARGE WITH THE ORIGINAL PRICE, I REQUESTED TO CANCELLED THIS ORDER( JUST 5 MIN LATER) , THEY WERE SAYING WAS ALREADY SHIPPED( 5 MIN ONLY) TILL NOW A WEEK HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY TRACKING NUMBER, REQUESTING FULL ADDRESS ??? HOW COME!

Was overcharged for purchase. Got through to nice people at their customer service and they were powerless to address it. Their only option is to return for refund. There were no return instructions in the package, CS said you had to ask for them to be emailed, which I requested 3 times. All I got in return was request to complete survey without return instructions. Their website is misleading and once they get your money, they ghost you. Three of my emails to them resulted in a reply from Google that their mailbox was full!! Won't be a repeat customer and will not refer anyone.

if a negative star was available I would give it -5. Ordered 3 tracking cards three weeks ago, still have nothing. I emailed three different people responded, no one could even find the order. 2 weeks later they sent me a tracking number, it's showing that it just arrived in main land China -WTF. Stay away from this company, its a scam.

BUYER BEWARE

Ordered three for approximately $44 USD each.After waiting one (1) month received three cards marked "Magicard Pro".Cheap pieces of junk, certainly not worth $44.00 USD each! You can barely hear the sound with the cad sitting in front of you.Do your due diligence! Most the "reviews" online are fake!

Scam - avoid at all costs

While checking out I was offered to consider an offer of another discounted card - I clicked on it to understand more and I was immediately charged for it. An obvious scam and dark pattern that I'm pretty sure is illegal under EU regulations. I tried contacting customer service to get the order cancelled and was told this is impossible due to the order having already left the warehouse. The confirmation email said it was shipped and I'd receive tracking information within a few days. One of the emails said the order was out for delivery. The CS person I was in contact with for weeks admitted that in fact the order was never shipped (a week later) but was still impossible to cancel. He said I would have to return it upon receipt. It took three weeks to receive my order with no tracking having been shared until the last days and no real update on the status until then. As soon as I received it I've been trying to the package but all of my emails have been coming back undelivered - with the delivery daemon saying that the recipients inbox is full. Hands down an absolute scam. I'm trying to contact both Commerce Core and Tagsley customer service teams but so far to no avail. I've never had such a poor ecom experience.
