At first we requested a specific hotel in Makkah and they send a confirmation for it. At the last minute they changed our hotel without consulting us. Furthermore they promised a hotel room with a full view of the Kaaba, which we paid a premium for it, and we got a room with just a partial view of the Kaaba. When we complained about the downgrade, they kept promising us to fix the issue to to avail until they just ignored altogether. Other complaints involved lack of communication, latent response and late arrival of the taxi drivers they hired for us. We still have the messages back and forth between us and their agents to prove our claim.
