I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Sales person Zain Khan was very helpful, professional , knowledgeable and easy to reach for any questions and concerns . I must have texted him with every little details serval times , he was patience and polite . Cleared any doubts I have about traveling since this was my first time with them . I’ll definitely use the services again . 100% happy customer 😁
At first we requested a specific hotel in Makkah and they send a confirmation for it. At the last minute they changed our hotel without consulting us. Furthermore they promised a hotel room with a full view of the Kaaba, which we paid a premium for it, and we got a room with just a partial view of the Kaaba. When we complained about the downgrade, they kept promising us to fix the issue to to avail until they just ignored altogether. Other complaints involved lack of communication, latent response and late arrival of the taxi drivers they hired for us. We still have the messages back and forth between us and their agents to prove our claim.
Excellent Service & Price! Br. Zain was a little slow in responding in the beginning, but during our Umrah trip he did not disappoint us. He would respond immediately to all of our questions & needs. The ground transportation he provided was always on time. We were very happy with the hotels he booked for us and we were impressed with their service. Zain took care of all the headaches the would have come if I had to arrange everything myself & the price was excellent.
This agency is a total scam. From the very beginning, I had doubts, and unfortunately, they proved me right. They claimed to have an office in New York, but when I went there, no office existed. Instead, they told me to go to Ohio or Florida to meet someone.After booking, they changed my hotels and even my flights without notice. Completely unprofessional, dishonest, and misleading.I give them zero stars. Please don’t waste your time or money with this agency.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Our main point of contact, Ahmed, was incredibly thoughtful and made every step of our Umrah experience seamless and stress-free. From having our airport pickup ready before we even landed to arranging a deeply informative Ziyarat, everything was handled with such care. I truly cannot recommend Taibah Travels enough and look forward to booking with them again soon, in shaa Allah!
