I had a very disappointing experience with Tailor Brands. What should have been a simple process turned into a stressful, confusing mess.
I was charged for multiple services, and when issues came up, getting clear answers or resolution was incredibly difficult. Support responses felt slow and scattered, and instead of fixing the full problem, they only offered a refund for one portion (the EIN) while saying the rest had to be “forwarded to another team” with no clear timeline.
The lack of transparency, the back-and-forth, and the overall disorganization made this experience overwhelming and frustrating. I requested refunds due to the issues, but it has taken far more time and effort than it ever should.
I do not recommend using this company unless you’re prepared to deal with billing confusion and a difficult cancellation/refund process.
