Horrible company and return policy. Held my items for 10 days after receiving them and then suspiciously found a "stain" which couldn't even be seen in the photo. Forget this company stay away.
The support team is fantastic. They assist with any issues and reach out promptly if you're not completely satisfied. I'm starting to appreciate how well their clothing fits, along with its design and quality. I choose this place for clothes that I can wear regularly. While the prices can be higher, the durability makes it worthwhile.
I am a huge fan of tailored athletic wear. The shorts fit perfectly, the T-shirts feel amazing, and the pants look custom-made for me! I've even had friends ask where I got my clothes, and several of them are now purchasing from the same brand.
Excellent items and outstanding customer support. The trousers I bought are fantastic, the best I've ever owned. As an older customer, I may not be the typical target market, but if you select wisely and avoid trying to appear younger than you are, there are truly stylish options available for the well-dressed gentleman.
The service truly excelled with this order. I got a Wool Button Through Cardigan, several t-shirts, and a pair of jeans, and the fit and comfort are outstanding.
The cardigan is incredibly comfortable and fits my chest and shoulders perfectly, which is often a challenge. The jeans are even more impressive: they fit flawlessly, feel fantastic, and allow for easy movement—never baggy, not too tight, just sleek and flattering. My partner even commented that they highlight my best features… so I promptly ordered another pair.
A quick note on sizing: the t-shirts are a bit snug. I ordered a small, as I usually do, but I believe a medium would have been a better choice for next time.

I ordered jeans in size 34 w 32 l, but they fit nothing like advertised, which suggested some room in the legs. Instead, they felt like leggings that I struggled to take off. Additionally, I was charged an extra fee for something called ‘route protection,’ which seems like a money-making scheme. I've never encountered this with any other online retailer. Overall, I am completely dissatisfied with the poor-fitting jeans and the nearly £16 I spent on shipping back and forth.
I am unable to get any updates regarding my order. I attempted to reach out via email, but only received an AI assistant that is unhelpful. I have no idea if the two gifts I ordered last week will arrive in time. There is no customer support available! Very disappointing.
Fabrique is superior to others, yet the fit feels too loose for my preference regarding Musclefit. While River Island and another platform offer better options, the latter struggles with sleeve design, resulting in T-shirts resembling tank tops. The quality at one platform is excellent, but I would lean towards River Island for its superior spray-on fit.
I ordered on October 19th, and as of December 9th, I still haven't received anything. I've reached out to the company several times, but all I receive are automated responses—never actual assistance. They are quick to take your money, but customer service seems to be nonexistent. At this stage, the whole experience feels like a scam. I cannot recommend anyone to buy from this company.
