I am writing this whilst enduring the unimaginable grief of losing my boy, and your disgraceful website design has unnecessarily compounded my distress. I simply needed to cancel my account. Instead of allowing me to get this painful task over and done with, your system forced me to sit and relive my emotional anguish just to navigate your ridiculous interface.
Because I hadn't ordered recently, I was actually forced to reorder simply to have the option to cancel, all while trying to make sense of two completely disjointed account tabs. When someone is dealing with a tragic loss, they shouldn't be forced to jump through such heartless hoops. It makes it glaringly obvious that your only priority is extracting money. This is enshittification at its absolute finest—a truly terrible and shameful way to treat people.
