I had a very frustrating experience. I signed up for an annual plan specifically to use a feature that stopped working after two weeks. After weeks of communication with the support team, they confirmed it was a bug. When I requested a refund due to the service being unusable, they refused. It's shocking that a company would deny a refund under these circumstances. Terrible customer service. I advise staying away from this company.
