Your pans are not flat. They do not sit level on an electric stove top. They do not heat evenly because of that fact. Your handle nuts work loose constantly. Your handles collect water in them when run through the dishwasher. Your lids collect and retain water under the rubber gasket. You need to disassemble them to get that water out. I've submitted a complaint that has gone unresponded to even though I followed up with you. The only good thing I can say about these pans is the adequate sear they put on a steak. Other than that they are fancy scrap metal!!
