I was good with the emails of apologies for the delay in shipping. I was very impressed with the packing and the quality of the product. I was looking forward, especially after my Hexclad started flaking after only one year with the product. I wanted something non-stick. I seasoned the Nutri Pan Pro 2.0 per the instructions multiple times to ensure the pan was well seasoned. I have to use triple the amount of oil, and everything still sticks. Not a happy experience.
The product arrived broke. We spend almost $1,000 on a multi-piece set. Took months for all three packages to come in. When the first one came broke, we sent it back and asked for a refund. We had to wait for all three shipments to come, spent almost $300 shipping to send it back. Now that they have it all, they won't refund us. Absolute garbage.
Horrible company would never buy anything from them again. First I bought a few cutting boards they were fine. Then I ordered one of their frying pans. Came with lose screw and I have been emailing them for a week as a handicapped woman without quick reflexes I would never even consider using defective cookware due to risk of injury. Their customer service is the worst. Im disputing with my credit card as they play games and will not send return instructions. Horrible company Horrible Customer Service

This was ordered just before the end of the year. Then the shipping label was created on January 25th, a month after ordered. Since then the tracking information only reports that the label was created. No movement at all. I have emulated support numerous times and every time they say that they are sorry and that the product was shipped and that seems to be stuck in transit somewhere. And thank for your patience. That’s it. So I got tired of waiting. I don’t even want the product anymore and asked for a refund and they say now that it’s not possible becuse that it was shipped. The tracking information only says that the label was created. But no indication of receiving the package. That’s what they call shipped?
Beware. This has all the indication of scammer.
Taima pots are great because they are easy to cook in and easy to clean. Little sticks to them and there are no curled edges and no rivets to trap food in crevasses. The only issue I have is that the pots rotate when I mix the food as I cook. There must be a slight bulge in the center of the bottom of the pots.
I am beginning to doubt if this is a legitimate company. The shipping status would never move, there is always no progress and stuck at the initial stage where the shipping label was created. And I placed my order almost a month ago. Even though the company replies emails promptly (wonder if it’s just generic replies), there is no action taken to expedite or give actual useful information on the delivery status. I don’t recommend and please don’t buy from this shop unless you don’t mind dealing with a possibility of being scammed.
This company is an awful scammy company. Endless shipping label and it’s been well over a month since I ordered it. Tried to get a refund and they refused because a shipping label was created. I don’t think I will ever see it.
Have not receive my product since 12/11/2025! Still waiting and working through issues with shipping company. There is no tracking number or delivery date. Now I’m stuck in an infinite loop of emails with “Elizabeth” who will not refund the order. Do not order from this company, they even erased my bad reviews.
Food stick to the pan like im using the cheap extended stay hotel cookware. Ive gone through the seasoning, proper cleaning and there have been no improvements. Your better off with a carbon steel pan, you need to do the same seasoning and cleaning but cost 1/10 the amount.
It took over 2 months for my single pan to show up. Im lucky this wasnt a xmas gift as it certainly wouldnt have made it.
Customer service is quick to respond which is nice but thats all.
Extremely disappointed with the performance of this cookware. I expected alot but got nothing. I suggest green pan cookware. Ceramic coating seems to be the best option that I know of and have experience with.
SCAM. Do not fall for the marketing. I bought the pan because they claim it is '100% medical grade titanium' and non-stick. What I received feels like cheap, lightweight metal that is absolutely not worth the premium price tag.
The quality is shocking. The food sticks to the pan instantly. It does not perform anywhere near what their advertisements or the 'AI-looking' video reviews claim.
To make matters worse, their return policy is a trap. You have to pay to ship it back, which costs almost as much as the item. It’s a bait-and-switch scam.
