I reached out to explain the situation, but the support representative insisted it was my fault and that I owed 50 euros for redelivery. I tried to clarify my position repeatedly, but they were unresponsive. They provided redelivery payment details, but due to my work schedule, I couldn't address it promptly, resulting in a refund. Later, at the UPS main warehouse, I discovered that the seller had blocked redirection and that my package was actually stored there, a 20-minute drive away.
