Take 5 denied my damage claim. About 2 weeks ago at the Port Richey Florida location the hood on my truck was damaged by the car wash. At this time, we have determined this factual evidence does not support a claim of damage caused by the service at Take 5 Car Wash.The facts of this claim’s denial are as follows: After a thorough review, there was no evidence of any equipment malfunction or employee error at the time of your visit as our brushes and equipment were in a proper position and were all operating at proper speed and pressure. The damage being claimed is also not consistent with our wash equipment, and our brushes were checked for debris. We take all customers’ concerns seriously and conduct thorough investigations based on facts and evidence.
