I hope you’re well. I placed an order and was given a deliver date as per usual! The order delayed, which was ok as there was still time. Yesterday I received an sms stating that I’ll be receiving the order today, and later in the day I was told the order is delaying! There no call, no clarity to when I’ll receive the order, zero clear and respectful communication!
I’ve been your customer for quite some time now, and dissapointed is an understatement to how I actually feel. My daughter’s career day is tomorrow! She won’t be able to attend school due to this! I obviously didn’t think I’d have to get an alternative as there was no clarity that the delay would this drastic! My child will miss school! She will her first career day because of your incompetence!
