I AM EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED AND ANGRY.
After waiting for more than a month, I finally received the replacement bicycle for my daughter today, only to find that it is missing parts. As shown in the attached images, the handle control bar and the shade cover are not included.
This is absolutely unacceptable. I am now expected to return the item again, after already facing significant delays and inconvenience.
At this point, I need this issue resolved today. Either:
The missing parts are addressed and fixed today, or
I receive a full refund in my bank account for both of my children’s bicycles, as I will be purchasing them elsewhere due to the ongoing problems and poor service encountered.
If this can be resolved today, we would like to drop off the bicycles at the designated pickup point.
I have been severely inconvenienced throughout this entire process, and the situation has become utterly ridiculous. I was on the phone explaining my situation when the representative just hung up.
THIS SERVICE IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!! I would prefer to order from a different platform with better service! It's disappointing because I used to appreciate the service, but that is no longer the case.
